• Free shipping available for all products. 

• We recommend you to record video while unpacking during delivery, for any transportation damage.

• Standard delivery time: 

Order Handling Time: 1-21 business days.

Transit Time: 1-21 business days (depending on pin code/location).

Shipping Responsibility

You must provide accurate postal details for delivery. As Shipping timelines are estimates Blooming Arts is not responsible for delays caused by the customer providing incorrect details, but you cannot legally wash your hands of lost freight.

Risk and Title

Risk and title pass to you upon delivery to the logistics provider.

Holding Costs

If an order is withheld at your request, holding costs will be applied after a grace period. Charges must be paid before dispatch. Charge may be 1% per week or depending on conditions. 

Ready to Ship Products Disclaimer

Delivery estimates are provided for ready-to-ship products, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Liability for Unforeseen Circumstances 

Blooming Arts is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond control, such as natural disasters, wars, riots, or other significant disruptions like electricity cuts etc.

Terms of Ownership

• Warranty: Coverage on structure & material integrity for 12 months

• Returns & Exchanges: Accepted within 48 hours if unused and in original condition.

• Customization: Available on select designs (non-returnable)

• Natural Variations: Every piece is unique in grain, texture, and finish

• Usage Disclaimer: Designed for specified indoor/outdoor use; misuse voids warranty
