RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligible When:

  • The product is delivered in damaged condition (breakage, cracks, dents, structural issues).
  • The product has manufacturing defects.
  • You received a wrong item or the item does not match the product description/images.

Not Eligible When:

  • Minor colour/wood grain variations (natural variations are part of solid wood craftsmanship).
  • Normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse.
  • Products altered, personalised, bespoke, rapidly deteriorating items or modified as per customer’s request.
  • Requests made after the return window has expired.

2. Return Request Window

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos of the issue.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Share your order number, issue description, and clear photos/videos of the problem.
  2. Share your product open-box-delivery video. We recommend you to record video while unpacking during delivery, for any transportation damage.
  3. Our team will inspect and respond within 24–48 hours.

4. Replacement / Exchange Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup and provide a replacement unit at no extra cost.
  • If replacement is not possible, you may opt for
    a refund or store credit of equal value.

5. Refund Policy

We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


1. Refunds are processed via any payment method.

2. Refunds are issued in Indian Rupees.3. Refunds follow NEFT/RTGS for electronic payments.

4. Refunds comply with our policies and may be conditional.

5. Tax, import duties and shipping charges (outside India) are not refunded.Blooming Arts is not liable for delays in refund processing by card issuers or banks.

We may limit transaction amounts and refuse transactions from buyers with a history of questionable charges.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item passes QC at our facility.

6. Conditions at the Time of Pickup

The product must be returned in:

  • Its original packaging, along with all accessories, screws, and manuals.
  • The product should be unused and in the same condition as received (except for damage reported).

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made furniture
  • Clearance / sale items
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or usage
  • Furniture exposed to water, chemicals, sun, or improper installation

8. Cancellation Policy

     Before Dispatch:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

     After Dispatch:

Orders cannot be cancelled; standard return policy will apply after delivery.

9. Delivery Damage Responsibility

If delivery is handled by Blooming Arts logistics partners, any transit damage is fully covered.

If a customer arranges their own transport, Blooming Arts is not responsible for transit-related damage.
